Minimally invasive system to repair pelvic organ prolapse. Through a single vaginal incision.

This sling has been designed to resolve mild to moderate prolapse in a minimally invasive way.

The MIPS (Minimally Invasive Prolapse System) mesh is placed through a single transvaginal incision. It is attached with harpoons to the sacrospinous ligament to prevent shortening of the vaginal length after the operation. At the front, the sling is attached to the obturator internus muscle on each side, thanks to its two adjustable arms with pocket system, which can be positioned without the need for harpoons or piercing the skin.

Like all Neomedic products, this is a sling designed for ease of implantation. It is fully adjustable, to avoid wrinkles and leave it free of tension.
