The Anchorsure SystemAnchorsure System, thanks to its narrow and straight shape, allows fixation to the sacrospinous ligament, in a simple and minimally invasive way.
This device allows a small harpoon to be placed in the ligament, ensuring correct fixation and minimal physical discomfort for the patient. It can be used in interventions of vaginal vault prolapse after hysterectomy (Amreich – Richter Technique).
Other methods of fixation often require knotting suture threads trapping the ligament for fixation, and this may compromise adjacent neurovascular structures.
