Minimally invasive single-incision system.

MIPS

Minimally invasive system to repair pelvic organ prolapse through a single vaginal incision.

MIPS (Minimally Invasive Prolapse System) has been designed for the treatment of mild and moderate prolapse using a minimally invasive approach.

The mesh is implanted through a single transvaginal incision, reducing surgical trauma and facilitating postoperative recovery.

The system allows controlled and anatomical placement, helping to preserve vaginal length after surgery.

Adjustable anatomical fixation without skin perforations:

The MIPS mesh is fixed to the sacrospinous ligament using anchors, preventing shortening of the vaginal length after the procedure.

In its anterior portion, the mesh is anchored to the internal obturator muscle on both sides thanks to two adjustable arms with a pocket system, allowing placement without the need for additional anchors or skin perforations.

Like the rest of Neomedic’s solutions, MIPS is designed to facilitate surgical implantation and is fully adjustable, allowing the mesh to be left tension-free and wrinkle-free.
