The Lifetime Readjustable System
Designed for the treatment of complex cases of female SUI.
Remeex Female is a system for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence with the ability to adjust to each woman’s needs in both the short and long term.
Thanks to its readjustable system, it allows urethral support to be adjusted until the desired continence is achieved.
It is especially recommended for women with a non-hypermobile urethra, those suffering from Intrinsic Sphincter Deficiency (ISD), or after a failed intervention with traditional slings.
Lifetime adjustability
Remeex Female is a long-term readjustable mesh system designed to allow modification of urethral support whenever necessary throughout the patient’s lifetime.
With long-term clinical follow-up, the system allows adjustment of urethral support with the patient standing and performing the efforts that trigger incontinence, achieving stable and long-lasting continence.
This approach allows the urethral support to be adapted to the real needs of each patient, avoiding undercorrection or overcorrection associated with non-adjustable systems.
- Adjustment of urethral support at any time.
- Adaptation to the patient’s real efforts.
- Long-term continence.
- Lower risk of urinary retention.
Dynamic Pressure Transmission System
Remeex Female incorporates a dynamic system that transmits abdominal pressure to the urethra during exertion, a key mechanism for maintaining continence.
During efforts such as coughing, laughing or performing physical activity, the contraction of the abdominal muscles tensions the system and provides the additional support that the urethra needs at that moment.
The adjustment of the urethral support is performed progressively, with the patient standing upright and checking the level of continence, ensuring the minimum support necessary to maintain continence without compromising voiding.
- Restores the physiological function of abdominal pressure transmission.
- Active urethral support during exertion.
- Precise and personalized adjustment.
- Optimal balance between continence and bladder emptying.
