Surelift incorporates two fixation anchors to the sacrospinous ligament, designed to prevent mesh displacement during the implant retraction process.

This fixation helps maintain stable anatomical correction in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.

Adjustability:

Once the mesh has been posteriorly fixed (to the sacrospinous ligament), the physician can adjust it thanks to the four additional arms that pass through the obturator muscle, allowing the mesh to lie flat and tension-free, preventing wrinkling and minimizing the risk of erosion.

Versatility:

The same mesh can be used for anterior, vaginal vault, and posterior prolapse. To use the mesh for the posterior compartment, the physician can cut the middle and anterior arms of the mesh, fixing it posteriorly to the sacrospinous ligament and anteriorly to the levator muscles.
